Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 stick melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup melted butter
How To Make sweet potato souffle

Step 11. Beat potatoes until smooth, then add brown sugar, salt, melted butter, milk and vanilla and continue beating until smooth. 2. Pour into a greased casserole dish. 3. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over souffle. 5. Bake 10 more minutes.
