Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes (mashed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 - eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
How To Make sweet potato crunch

Step 1Combine all the ingredients (except the topping ingredients) in a large bowl and mix well. Pour this mixture into a baking dish that is large enough to hold the mixture.

Step 2In a separate bowl, add the topping ingredients and mix until blended. Sprinkle the topping over the sweet potato mixture.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
