sweet potatoes (mashed)
1 c
sugar
1/2 stick
butter (melted)
1/2 c
evaporated milk
2
eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
salt

TOPPING:

1/3 c
flour
1 c
brown sugar, light
1/3 c
butter (melted)
1 c
pecans (chopped)

How to Make Sweet Potato Crunch

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all the ingredients (except the topping ingredients) in a large bowl and mix well. Pour this mixture into a baking dish that is large enough to hold the mixture.
  • 2In a separate bowl, add the topping ingredients and mix until blended. Sprinkle the topping over the sweet potato mixture.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
