My boys love this and not just for Thanksgiving. I make this all fall and winter long. They would rather have this than anything else. We love the taste of orange with my sweet potatoes and because I do not like to zest fruits I added marmalade. I am always looking for a shortcut. One of my boys does not like nuts but they could be added to the topping instead of coconut. The amount of spices and marmalade depends on the size of the potatoes so taste as making.
