Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 stick butter, melted and divided (see recipe instructions)
- 1/4 cup coconut, flaked
- 2 cans 29 oz sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs, cracked and whipped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 3qt casserole with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, coconut in a bowl. Add a 1/4 cut of the butter and mix to create the streusel topping and set aside

Step 3Combine the remaining ingredients with the remaining 1/4 cup of butter and mix well. Spoon the potatoes into the casserole and sprinkle with pecan topping.

Step 4Bake 45-50 minutes until heated through and pecan topping is golden brown. Enjoy!
