Ingredients

  • 4
    medium size sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked soft
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs, raw
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    cups melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the first eight ingredients in large bowl and mix on medium speed. Pour into a 9 by 13 pan.
  2. For topping, combine last four ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well with pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the sweet potato mixture.
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
