Ingredients
- 3 - large sweet potatoes or 1 (40 ounce ) can, drained
- 1 cup sugar or 1/2 cup for canned sweet potatoes
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- CRUNCH TOPPING
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skins when cooled or drain canned sweet potatoes well.

Step 2Put into a large bowl and whip them until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients.

Step 3Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch casserole and top with the Crunch Topping.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
