    4 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • ·
    1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
  • ·
    2 tablespoons sugar
  • ·
    2 eggs, beaten
  • ·
    1/2 cup milk
  • ·
    1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • ·
    1/3 cup coconut
  • ·
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ·
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole


  1. In large bowl, mix together potatoes, 1/3 cup butter and 2 T. sugar. Stir in eggs and milk. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining butter and other ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour, or until heated through and bubbly.
