Sweet Potato Casserole
My family was surprised to find pineapple in the casserole, but all agreed that it was a welcome surprise and asked to bring home leftovers.

5 lbsweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed
1 can(s)crushed pineapple, 15 oz.
1 stickbutter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cdark brown sugar
2 tspground cinnamon
1 tspsea salt
1 tspground ginger
1/2 tspground cloves
How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole
- Bake sweet potatoes in oven or microwave. When cool enough to handle, peel then mash them in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Spread mixture in to a well-greased 13X9X2-inch pan.
- Top with marshmallows (they don't have to be mini) and bake 350F for 30 minutes. Emjoy!
