Ingredients
- CASSEROLE
- 3 cups fresh sweet potatoes, cooked (baked or boiled)
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Mix all casserole ingredients together with mixer and pour into greased casserole.

Step 2Topping Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 4HINT: You may substitute 1 large can of drained sweet potatoes for fresh.
