Ingredients
- 2 cans large cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup softened butter
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Mix first ingredients, pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Blend topping ingredients until crumbly and evenly sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, not to let top get too brown.
