I enjoy sweet potatoes. Found this recipe in a magazine and it sounded yummy and easy.

  • 15 oz
    can cut up sweet potatoes - drained
  • 2 1/2 oz
  • 1/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Sweet Potato Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Oil 8 x 8 pan.
  3. Place sweet potatoes in bottom of pan.
  4. Combine Craisins, orange juice, and orange marmalade in a microwave safe container. Stir well then microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle pecans over top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Recipe can be doubled, used an 8 x 13 pan.
