I enjoy sweet potatoes. Found this recipe in a magazine and it sounded yummy and easy.

Ingredients

15 ounces can cut up sweet potatoes - drained
2 1/2 ounces craisins
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make sweet potato bake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Oil 8 x 8 pan.
Step 3

Place sweet potatoes in bottom of pan.
Step 4

Combine Craisins, orange juice, and orange marmalade in a microwave safe container. Stir well then microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Step 5

Pour mixture over potatoes.
Step 6

Sprinkle pecans over top.
Step 7

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 8

Recipe can be doubled, used an 8 x 13 pan.
