    potatoes
  • 6
    pieces of bacon cut in half
  • 12
    pieces yellow onion
  • 4 Tbsp
    sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Bacon Wrapped Potato Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash potatoes. Cut onion piece to wrap around each potato.
  2. Wrap bacon to cover onion. Pierce with tooth piece to seal.
  3. Roll in brown sugar. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  4. Drizzle sweet chili sauce and fresh cilantro on top. Serve!
