This is a fun and easy recipe my family loves! A fun potato side dish for any meal. Very easy to make.

  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 1 medium
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 lb
    frozen tater tots, thawed

How to Make Swedish Potatoes


  1. Mix all ingredients together, add more cheddar cheese on top if desired. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Bake longer if frozen tater tots are used.
