2baking potatoes, cooked, cubed
2 Tbspcanola oil
1/2 Tbspparmesan cheese, optional
2 tspitalian seasoning, optional
How to Make Super Simple Fried Breakfast Potatoes
- In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat..
- Add cubed potatoes to the skillet in an even layer. Pan fry in the oil for a few minutes or until the potatoes start to brown. Stir occasionally to brown each side.
Depending what I'm serving these with, I add onions, peppers, cheese, seasonings etc.
