My family loves potatoes with breakfast dishes. This is a basic fried potato dish that has endless possibilities. Just add whatever sounds good and whatever you happen to have on hand.

How to Make Super Simple Fried Breakfast Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat..
  2. Add cubed potatoes to the skillet in an even layer. Pan fry in the oil for a few minutes or until the potatoes start to brown. Stir occasionally to brown each side.
  3. NOTE:
    Depending what I'm serving these with, I add onions, peppers, cheese, seasonings etc.
