super easy roasted red potatoes
These are a family pleasing easy work night side dish anyone can make! I approximate my measurements as I tend to be heavy handed and don't measure but did my best to estimate everything. ;) We also like potatoes a lot and leftovers. ;) I use white wine or beer interchangeably depending on what I have on hand and what pairs best with my main dish.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup white wine or beer (whatever pairs best and is on hand)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2-3 tablespoons garlic, minced (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dill, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
How To Make super easy roasted red potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Place cleaned potatoes and all liquids and spices in covered baking dish.

Step 3Bake for 40 minutes, basting periodically as you have time, or until potatoes are tender when poked with a fork (varies depending on size of potatoes).

Step 4Cool 5 minutes and serve - great with any grilled or baked meat dish - especially pork, beef and salmon!
