Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1 1/2 cups any flavor stove top stuffing mix
1 half cup bacon bits
1 cup sour cream
1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- you can add any other ingredient that you enjoy in baked potatoes.

How To Make stuffed potato boats

Step 1

cut potatoes in half. With a spoon scoop out center of potato until it looks like a boat.Mix all ingredients (except shredded cheese) together until well blended.Spoon mixture into middle of potaotes. Top with shredded cheddar. Wrap individually in foil sheets. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
