~ Stir Fried O'brien Potatoes ~ My Way
3 - 4 Tbspvegetable oil
4 - 5 mediumpotatoes - peeled and cubed small
1 1/2 cstir fry - mixed peppers and onions - or use 1/2 cup each, chopped green pepper, red and fresh onions chopped
1/3 cwater with 1/2 tsp better than bouillon beef paste, dissolved into
1 tspworcestershire sauce
I addred pepper flakes too - optional
How to Make ~ Stir Fried O'brien Potatoes ~ My Way
- Combine water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the vegetables - add pepper. Cover and steam potatoes for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and continue cooking until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed.
Note: If potatoes get too dry after steaming, mix up a little more broth.
