~ stir fried o'brien potatoes ~ my way
My family just loves when I make these potatoes. I made them to go aside country ham and eggs for breakfast, but are good with anything, really. You can also make these is a skillet as well. Enjoy!

How To Make ~ stir fried o'brien potatoes ~ my way
-
Step 1In a wok over medium heat, add the oil and salt. Once hot, add the peppers, onions, potato cubes and stir fry 4- 5 minutes.
-
Step 2Combine water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the vegetables - add pepper. Cover and steam potatoes for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and continue cooking until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed. Note: If potatoes get too dry after steaming, mix up a little more broth.
-
Step 3Serve hot! If you don't have a wok, a skillet would work as well.
