How to Make Stewed Parsley Potatoes
- Wash and half potatoes, keep skin on. Cover in Olive Oil, and add Seasoning. Add quite a bit of the parsley flakes, the rest just use your own judgement.
You can't really measure out because amount of potatoes usually vary. Just make sure there is adequate amount of oil to coat the potatoes and parsley is on there good. - Then pour in pan, cover in water and cook on med/low heat until pototoes are tender.
