Ingredients
- 1 package rich's frozen bread dough-thawed
- 1 pound chopped corned beef
- 1 pound cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 bunch cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup kerrygold butter or irish butter
- 1/2 cup shredded irish cheddar cheese- i use kerrygold
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- - splash of irish whisky-or guinness beer
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 - beaten egg mixed with heavy cream to top rolls

Step 1In a large saute pan-melt butter Set thawed bread dough aside according to package directions-and pre heat oven according to package directions.

Step 2Saute onion until golden, add potatoes and brown. Add cabbage and saute until wilted down. Of course, add a spalsh of irish whisky, or beer at this point. Add in corned beef, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Stuff corned beef mixture into small rounds of bread dough. I roll mine out about 4 inches in diameter. Seal edges well. Brush with egg mixture and bake until golden and cooked through.
