Ingredients

1 pkgrich's frozen bread dough-thawed

1 lbchopped corned beef
-
1 lbcubed cooked potatoes
-
1 bunchcabbage chopped
-
1/4 ckerrygold butter or irish butter
-
1/2 cshredded irish cheddar cheese- i use kerrygold
-
1/4 cchopped onions
-
·splash of irish whisky-or guinness beer
-
·salt & pepper to taste
-
1beaten egg mixed with heavy cream to top rolls
How to Make ST PAT'S CORNED BEEF ROLLS TO GO!
- In a large saute pan-melt butter
Set thawed bread dough aside according to package directions-and pre heat oven according to package directions. - Saute onion until golden, add potatoes and brown. Add cabbage and saute until wilted down. Of course, add a spalsh of irish whisky, or beer at this point.
Add in corned beef, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. - Stuff corned beef mixture into small rounds of bread dough. I roll mine out about 4 inches in diameter.
Seal edges well. Brush with egg mixture and bake until golden and cooked through.
