We start early and stay out all day on St Pat's! These rolls are a perfect portable way to still have your traditional IRISH favorite's all rolled up and ready to go!

Ingredients

  • 1 package rich's frozen bread dough-thawed
  • 1 pound chopped corned beef
  • 1 pound cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 bunch cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 cup kerrygold butter or irish butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded irish cheddar cheese- i use kerrygold
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • - splash of irish whisky-or guinness beer
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 - beaten egg mixed with heavy cream to top rolls

How To Make st pat's corned beef rolls to go!

  • Step 1
    In a large saute pan-melt butter Set thawed bread dough aside according to package directions-and pre heat oven according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    Saute onion until golden, add potatoes and brown. Add cabbage and saute until wilted down. Of course, add a spalsh of irish whisky, or beer at this point. Add in corned beef, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Stuff corned beef mixture into small rounds of bread dough. I roll mine out about 4 inches in diameter. Seal edges well. Brush with egg mixture and bake until golden and cooked through.
