Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes - cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, creole seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon each onion powder and paprika
  • SAUCE ( OPTIONAL )
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 - small green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon creole mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley paste
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

How To Make ~ spicy seasoned potato wedges ~

  • Step 1
    Mix all dip ingredients, cover and refrigerate until potatoes are done.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Place oil and seasonings in a large zip lock baggie, add potatoes to bag and shake until evenly coated. Place on sprayed baking sheet, skin side down.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
