Ingredients

  • 3 large
    potatoes - cut into wedges
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    each onion powder and paprika
  • SAUCE ( OPTIONAL )

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    small green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    parsley paste
  • 1 clove
    garlic, smashed and minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper

How to Make ~ Spicy Seasoned Potato Wedges ~

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all dip ingredients, cover and refrigerate until potatoes are done.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.

    Place oil and seasonings in a large zip lock baggie, add potatoes to bag and shake until evenly coated.

    Place on sprayed baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
