Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes - cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, creole seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon each onion powder and paprika
- SAUCE ( OPTIONAL )
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - small green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley paste
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
How To Make ~ spicy seasoned potato wedges ~

Step 1Mix all dip ingredients, cover and refrigerate until potatoes are done.

Step 2Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Place oil and seasonings in a large zip lock baggie, add potatoes to bag and shake until evenly coated. Place on sprayed baking sheet, skin side down.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
