    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. THEN CLEAN POTATOES AND CUT THEM IN HALF AND EACH HALP INTO ABOUT 6 WEDGES.
  • Step 2
    PUT YOUR WEDGES IN A BOWL WITH THE OLIVE OIL AND TOSS UNTIL OLIVE OIL IS ON ALL THE WEDGES. THEN ADD IN YOUR OREGANO, CHILI FLAKES AND SALT AND PEPPER. TOSS THEM AGAIN
