- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. THEN CLEAN POTATOES AND CUT THEM IN HALF AND EACH HALP INTO ABOUT 6 WEDGES.

Step 2PUT YOUR WEDGES IN A BOWL WITH THE OLIVE OIL AND TOSS UNTIL OLIVE OIL IS ON ALL THE WEDGES. THEN ADD IN YOUR OREGANO, CHILI FLAKES AND SALT AND PEPPER. TOSS THEM AGAIN

Step 3PUT THEM ON A BAKING SHEET BAKE THEM FOR 20 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, FLIP THEM OVER AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES. THEN YOU CAN SPRINKLE THE PARMESAN CHEESE ON THEM IF YOU DESIRE.
