Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
How To Make spicy curly fries

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Cut potatoes into curly fries using a curly fry cutter, or cut potatoes into regular fries. (Peel or not peel, your choice)

Step 3Put potatoes into medium size sauce pan and add water to fully cover potatoes. Bring to boil for 3 minutes.

Step 4Drain potatoes in a colander and rinse with cold water. Dry potatoes and set aside.

Step 5Combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle powder and flour in a small bowl.

Step 6Whisk in egg and milk.

Step 7Pour fries into a large bowl and add seasoning mixture. Mix well.

Step 8Place fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 9Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once or twice until fries are crispy.
