Ingredients
- 1 pound white fish fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pound sweet potatoes, cut into sticks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- - parsley-for garnish
How To Make spicy baked fish w/ sweet potato fries

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Line a lg baking sheet w/ foil, spray the foil w/ cooking spray. Pat potatoes w/ a paper towel to dry. Place potatoes in lg bowl. Add oil, bay seasoning, 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Toss to coat. Arrange potatoes in single layer on one side of baking sheet.

Step 2Bake 10 mins, meanwhile, Place milk in shallow bowl. Place flour in another bowl. In another bowl, place bread crumbs, 2 tsp chili powder, paprika, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper.

Step 3Add melted butter and stir. Dip fish in milk, coat w/ flour. Then roll in breadcrum mix. Place fish on other side of baking sheet, turn portatos over. Bake 10-15 mins, or until fish flakes easily. Garnish w/ parsley.
