These are great with any meal calling for potatoes. We camp a lot in the summer...these can go into MH oven or campfire coals

Ingredients

4-6 large baking potatoes
1 - cube butter or margarine
1 package lipton mushroom-onion soup mix
4-6 - sheets heavy duty foil

How To Make special foil wrapped baked potatoes

Step 1

Mix soup mix with softened butter to make a paste, set aside. Take cleaned baking potatoes and slice into 1/4 inch slices not quite through to the bottom of the potato, making fans. Scoop small amounts into the fans. Place on foil and fold down seams in foil, keeping seams on top of potatoes. bake 350* for 1hr., or until done. Let sit for 15 minutes before opening, so you don't get steam burns.
