Ingredients
- 1 package hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/2 - stick of butter (room temperature)
- 15 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups cheese, shredded
How To Make southern hashbrown casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except 1 cup of cheese. Place into 9x11 greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
