- - 8 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
- - 1 can cream of chicken soup
- - 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- - 1/4 cup melted butter
- - 2 tablespoons minced onion
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- TOPPING:
- - 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- - 1 cup crushed potato chips
How To Make sour cream potatoes with a potato chip topping

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except for the topping. Spread in a 9x13 pan and top with crushed potato chips and cheese.

Step 2Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
