How to Make Sour Cream Potato Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine egg, scallion, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Make instant potatoes according to package directions, EXCEPT omit the milk; instead, add the sour cream mixture.
- Spread in baking pan.
- Toss corn flakes with butter and onion salt, to taste; spoon on top of potato mixture.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crumbs begin to brown.
