Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bottle sea salt grinder
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can 10.5 cream of celery soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make souped up mashed potatoes with carmalized onions

Step 1Add potatoes to a pot with the chicken broth, bring to a boil. Cook until potaoes are tender.

Step 2Saute onions until carmalized in the oil, set aside.

Step 3Drain potatoes and add to a serving bowl. Add the butter, soup, pepper.

Step 4Grind sea salt to your taste.

Step 5Using a mixer or masher, mash potatoes until smooth and creamy.

Step 6Granish top of potatoes with carmalized onions.
