baking potatoes, peeled and chopped
32 oz
chicken broth
1 tsp
pepper
1 bottle
sea salt grinder
1 stick
butter
1 can(s)
10.5 cream of celery soup
1 small
onion, diced
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Souped Up Mashed Potatoes With Carmalized Onions

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add potatoes to a pot with the chicken broth, bring to a boil. Cook until potaoes are tender.
  • 2Saute onions until carmalized in the oil, set aside.
  • 3Drain potatoes and add to a serving bowl. Add the butter, soup, pepper.
  • 4Grind sea salt to your taste.
  • 5Using a mixer or masher, mash potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  • 6Granish top of potatoes with carmalized onions.
