- 1/4 cup kraft classic ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 slices center cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 - green onions, sliced

How To Make smothered french fries

Step 1Prepare french fries as directed on package.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix sour cream, dressing, and garlic until blended.

Step 3Place cooked french fries on platter, salt to taste if desired. Top with sour cream mixture, cheese, bacon and onions. Serve immediately.
