Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen french fried potatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup kraft classic ranch dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices center cut bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 - green onions, sliced
  • - salt to taste

How To Make smothered french fries

  • Step 1
    Prepare french fries as directed on package.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix sour cream, dressing, and garlic until blended.
  • Step 3
    Place cooked french fries on platter, salt to taste if desired. Top with sour cream mixture, cheese, bacon and onions. Serve immediately.
