This is a very simple recipe. I love it because it can be cook in the slow cooker or on the grill in a metal pan.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound green beans, fresh,
  • 1/2 pound red potatoes, small
  • 1 large yellow onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 - foil
  • 1 - ez foil pan

How To Make smoke sausage with vegs. delighted

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat grill to 300 degrees or high heat.
  • Step 2
    Rinse trimmed and halved green beans, place in the pan. Rinse potatoes, quartered. You can peel or not. I normally don't toss in the pan Chopped onion place in the pan.
  • Step 3
    Cut sausage 1 inch thick pieces and place with veg's. Top with butter and water. Cover with foil. Stir half during cooking. Cook until sausage is brown and veg are tender. I normally have bread with this dish, dinner rolls, french loaf or crescent rolls. Love Pillsbury breads products.
