This recipe is delicious!!! I make it as a side dish but it can easily be a main dish along with a vegetable or salad. I can't believe these ingredients come together to make such a fantastic dish...great dish to take to a get-together. There is no flour used, yet it is so yummy creamy. All your guests will love it. I got the recipe from an old cookbook that belongs to my mom and I tweaked it to my own taste. I'm certain it could be doubled if needed.

How To Make slow-cooker scalloped potatoes & ham

  • Step 1
Slice the potatoes into thin slices. Spray the slow-cooker pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix the remaining ingredients, excluding the ham, in a medium bowl, set aside. Layer half of the potatoes and half the ham in the slow-cooker, pour half the soup mixture over and spread on, repeat layers. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours or until fork-tender. Turn slow-cooker to low and continue cooking 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
