Ingredients

  • 10 - 12
    baking potatoes
  • ·
    cooking oil
  • ·
    kosher salt
  • ·
    aluminum foil
  • BAKED POTATO BAR

  • ·
    butter
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    chopped green onions
  • ·
    bacon bits
  • ·
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make SLOW COOKER BAKED POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Scrub and pat dry all of the potatoes. Prick each one with a fork several times; rub with cooking oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. Wrap each one in foil.
  2. Fill your slow cooker with the potatoes, cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 6 hours. DO NOT ADD WATER.
  3. Set up a Baked Potato Bar and let everyone fix their potatoe the way they want it.
