Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, cut in 1/2-1in. pieces
- 1/4 cup oil(i use a combination of olive oil and butter)
- 1 tablespoon salt(or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic(or 1/2t garlic powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley(or 2t dried)
How To Make simply roasted potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F. Spread the cut potatoes in a baking dish and pour oil over. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley and toss to coat. Roast for 45 min. to 1 hr. stirring gently a couple of times during cooking time, until potatoes are tender and starting to brown and crisp. Remove from oven and gently stir in the parsley.
