1Preheat oven to 400-425*. Put rack in middle.
Wash, scrub and dry potatoes. Pierce skin on each several times.
You will need a sheet of aluminum foil for each potato big enough to overlap wrap and fold to seal.
Place foil flat on counter. Smear or spray olive oil almost to edges of foil.Shake/drop any seasoning you like-I use kosher salt, coarse ground pepper, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and celery salt lightly over entire oiled area.
Place potato in middle of foil, fold two longer sides together and pull tightly so that seasonings touch potato skins all over. Fold tight to stop leaks. Fold/scrunch ends to prevent leaking. Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake approx. 1hour-1 hour & 15 minutes. Enjoy. Good reheated next day.
