How to Make Shredded Potatoes au Gratin


  • 1preheat oven to 350F.Lightly spray for 1- cup ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2Combine the hash brown potatoes,cream,Cheddar,the onions,salt and pepper in large bowl.mix well
  • 3Spoon the potato mixture into the prepared ramekins.Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.Bake until bobbly and golden brown and the potatoes are cooked,34-45 minutes
  • 4if youprefer,you can prepare thesepotatoes in one 11-x7-inch baking dish.just increase the baking time by about 12 minutes.
