cheddar cheese, shredded divided
sliced green onions [about 4 medium]
How to Make Shredded Potatoes au Gratin
1preheat oven to 350F.Lightly spray for 1- cup ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
2Combine the hash brown potatoes,cream,Cheddar,the onions,salt and pepper in large bowl.mix well
3Spoon the potato mixture into the prepared ramekins.Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.Bake until bobbly and golden brown and the potatoes are cooked,34-45 minutes
4if youprefer,you can prepare thesepotatoes in one 11-x7-inch baking dish.just increase the baking time by about 12 minutes.
