Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen shredded potatoes (hash browns)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
How To Make shredded potato casserole

Step 1Lightly grease 9 x 13" casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Mix frozen potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese until well combined. Turn into pan and top with bread crumbs and bacon bits.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, until hot and top is browned.
