  • 2 lb
    frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 c
    pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    buttery cracker crumbs

How to Make Shredded Baked Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top of potato mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
