  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buttery cracker crumbs

How To Make shredded baked potatoes

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2\" baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top of potato mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
