potatoes, cut into 1/4"-slices, peeled, or unpeeled
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Sherry's easy scalloped potatoes
1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine milk, italian seasonings, salt, onion powder and pepper.
2Arrange potato slices in bottom of casserole dish. Pour milk mix over potatoes. Dot w/ butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 1 hr.
3Uncover and sprinkle w/ cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
