Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 large potatoes, cut into 1/4"-slices, peeled, or unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- - paprika, for garnish
How To Make sherry's easy scalloped potatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine milk, italian seasonings, salt, onion powder and pepper.

Step 2Arrange potato slices in bottom of casserole dish. Pour milk mix over potatoes. Dot w/ butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 1 hr.

Step 3Uncover and sprinkle w/ cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
