This is actually my dads potatoes, but I added a few seasonings.

  • 1/2 c
    1% milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 3 large
    potatoes, cut into 1/4"-slices, peeled, or unpeeled
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    paprika, for garnish

How to Make Sherry's easy scalloped potatoes


  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine milk, italian seasonings, salt, onion powder and pepper.
  2. Arrange potato slices in bottom of casserole dish. Pour milk mix over potatoes. Dot w/ butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 1 hr.
  3. Uncover and sprinkle w/ cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
