This is actually my dads potatoes, but I added a few seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into 1/4"-slices, peeled, or unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • - paprika, for garnish

How To Make sherry's easy scalloped potatoes

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine milk, italian seasonings, salt, onion powder and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Arrange potato slices in bottom of casserole dish. Pour milk mix over potatoes. Dot w/ butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 1 hr.
  • Step 3
    Uncover and sprinkle w/ cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
