sherry's cheesey potatoes
I came up with this recipe as I know there is several different combinations of cheesey potatoes out there, but this is the best cheesey potatoe casserole around! Well, at least I believe so. If you love cheese you will love this. I make this for every family get together, I can't come without it, my family expects me to make it because they love it so much. My daughter asked me to make this for her team dinner, she is a cheerleader for basketball and they do this dinner a few times a month. I usually double the batch for family get togethers, but just for a family of 5, I only do a single batch.

How To Make sherry's cheesey potatoes
-
Step 1I usually let my cream cheese get to room temp before I mix it. Also, I like to thaw out my hashbrowns so it can cook quicker. Blend the cream cheese and butter until smooth, add the cream chicken and cheddar cheese soup and mix in the potatoes a little at a time to get well coated. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done, uncover and top with shredded cheese the last 15 minutes until melted and serve. I usually double the recipe if I am having a family get together. Enjoy!

Step 2You could also use the Country style hasbrowns if you prefer.
