Seasoned Tater Tots (Mexi-Fries)
32-oz bag(s)frozen tater tots (any brand of frozen shredded potato puffs, 'tater bites, etc.)
2 Tbspolive oil
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tspchili powder (i like mine spicy hot, so i usually double the chile powder)
2 tspdried oregano
2 tspground cumin
2 tspsalt (or to taste)
2 tspblack pepper (or to taste)

How to Make Seasoned Tater Tots (Mexi-Fries)
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Empty bag of Tater Tots into large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, thoroughly combine garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour the spice mix over the Tater Tots, and toss gently to coat with seasonings.
- Arrange coated Tater Tots on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
