Ingredients
- 5 large yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each dried oregano, thyme and cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make seasoned potato wedges

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. In a large bowl toss the potatoes with olive oil.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the potatoes until well coated.

Step 3Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes until tender and browned.
