  • 5 large yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon each dried oregano, thyme and cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make seasoned potato wedges

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 425 degrees. In a large bowl toss the potatoes with olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the potatoes until well coated.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes until tender and browned.
