Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon each garlic powder, paprika, and oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make seasoned potato wedges

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes and cut in half then into wedges.

Step 2Place the potatoes in a bowl and pour the olive oil over and add the seasoning and cheese and toss until combined

Step 3Place on baking sheet skin side down. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes.
