Ingredients

  • 4 medium yukon gold potatoes washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon each onion powder, garlic powder and salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon each thyme and black pepper

How To Make seasoned oven fries

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Put the potato wedges in a bowl and drizzle the olive oil over.
  • Step 2
    Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 3
    Mix the seasonings together. Pour over the potatoes and mix well with hands to distrubute the seasoning evenly.
  • Step 4
    place in a single layer skin side down. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes. Until the potatoes are tender and outside is crispy
