These baked potatoes are easy and you can vary the seasoning to accompany whatever you are serving. I like to use Fiesta Ranch Dip sprinkled lightly on these for a nice Mexican flavor too.

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make scored baked potatoes

  • Step 1
    With a sharp knife, cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Slice each half widthwise six times, but not all the way through; fan potatoes slightly.
  • Step 2
    Place in a shallow baking dish. Brush potatoes with 1/2 the melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with remaining butter.
