Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes, sliced
- 1 - onion, minced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Step 1Saute onion in a little butter, add broth and heat to a boil. Thicken a little of the broth with cornstarch and return to heat over medium until it resembles a thin gravy. If necessary, add a little more cornstarch. Add raw potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole and bake one hour at 375 degrees.
