How to Make Scalloped Potatoes - Danish Style
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel potatoes and slice them thinly. Apply cooking spray into a casserole dish and layer the sliced potatoes and onions into it.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper together. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and onions.
- Bake for 50 min. to 1 hour. (can tent them if it looks like they are getting too dark on top)
