STIR IN FLOUR, CUT HAM INTO MED SIZED CHUNKS, ADD TO POTATO AND ONION MIXTURE.
ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE AND MIX. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
BAKE AT 375* FOR 2 1/2 HOURS
