Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk (i use 2%)
  • 1 - onion
  • 5-6 - potatoes
  • 1 - ham steak
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons flour

How To Make scalloped potatoes and ham

  • Step 1
    PEEL POTATOES, RINSE AND SLICE INTO THIN SLICES.
  • Step 2
    SLICE ONION INTO THIN SLICES.
  • Step 3
    LAYER POTATOES AND ONION IN A LARGE CASSEROLE DISH, POUR HEAVY CREAM AND MILK OVER THE TOP AND STIR TO MIX.
  • Step 4
    STIR IN FLOUR, CUT HAM INTO MED SIZED CHUNKS, ADD TO POTATO AND ONION MIXTURE.
  • Step 5
    ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE AND MIX. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • Step 6
    BAKE AT 375* FOR 2 1/2 HOURS
