Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 cups milk (i use 2%)
- 1 - onion
- 5-6 - potatoes
- 1 - ham steak
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons flour
How To Make scalloped potatoes and ham

Step 1PEEL POTATOES, RINSE AND SLICE INTO THIN SLICES.

Step 2SLICE ONION INTO THIN SLICES.

Step 3LAYER POTATOES AND ONION IN A LARGE CASSEROLE DISH, POUR HEAVY CREAM AND MILK OVER THE TOP AND STIR TO MIX.

Step 4STIR IN FLOUR, CUT HAM INTO MED SIZED CHUNKS, ADD TO POTATO AND ONION MIXTURE.

Step 5ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE AND MIX. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Step 6BAKE AT 375* FOR 2 1/2 HOURS
