    potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 2 c

How to Make Scalloped Potatoes


  1. in a sauce pan, melt butter.
  2. blend flour into melted butter
  3. slowly add 1 cup milk to flour/butter mixture and blend with a wisk until mixed well.
  4. slowly blend in the rest of the milk and chopped onions
  5. cook to a consistancy of gravy
  6. layer potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish and pour sauce over potatoes
  7. bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown on top (approx 35-40 min)
