Ingredients
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 bag potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
How To Make scalloped potatoes

Step 1in a sauce pan, melt butter.

Step 2blend flour into melted butter

Step 3slowly add 1 cup milk to flour/butter mixture and blend with a wisk until mixed well.

Step 4slowly blend in the rest of the milk and chopped onions

Step 5cook to a consistancy of gravy

Step 6layer potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish and pour sauce over potatoes

Step 7bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown on top (approx 35-40 min)
