- 2 cans tomato soup (10.75 oz each)
- 1 can water (10.75 oz)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons ground oregano
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 box scalloped potatoes (4 oz)

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brown ground beef with onion. Drain off excess fat.
